Platform Role and Responsibility

1. Purpose, operator and hierarchy

This document explains the role of FINDIT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, trading as Findit, when it supplies marketplace, search, listing, messaging, booking, ticketing, review, advertising and community tools. It supplements the Terms of Service and the category policy shown for the relevant Listing. If a mandatory law gives a consumer stronger rights, that law prevails.

2. Findit as technology platform

Unless a Listing or checkout expressly identifies Findit as the contractual supplier, Findit provides technology and support infrastructure that enables independent parties to discover, communicate and contract. Publication, ranking, verification, payment facilitation or customer support does not by itself make Findit the seller, service provider, employer, recruiter, landlord, broker, event organiser, carrier, restaurant, professional adviser or insurer.

3. Identifying the contractual supplier

The Listing and, where enabled, checkout must identify whether the supplier is Findit, an independent business, a private seller, an event organiser, an employer or agency, a property advertiser, a vehicle seller, or another named party. That party is responsible for the truth of the offer, performance, required licences, sales documents, taxes, guarantees and after-sales remedies allocated to it by law. Users should not proceed where the supplier identity is missing or inconsistent.

4. Independent providers and personnel

Providers decide how to perform their work and may use personnel or subcontractors only where lawful and disclosed when relevant. Platform access does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint venture. Findit may impose safety, quality, identity, content and user-experience rules without assuming operational control of the underlying business.

5. Jobs, property, vehicles and regulated listings

A job Listing must identify the employer or authorised employment agency and any registration required for recruitment activity. Property and vehicle Listings must identify the responsible owner, landlord, broker, dealer or private seller. Immigration, legal, medical, financial and other regulated services may be enquiry-only, manually reviewed or unavailable; Findit does not provide a professional opinion merely by hosting the Listing.

6. Events, community and commercial conversion

The named organiser is responsible for the event, venue, permits, performers, admission and cancellation. Community tools are for discussion and must not be used to bypass trader identification, category checks, booking records, applicable fees or safety controls. When a discussion becomes a commercial offer, Findit may require the correct Listing or enquiry flow.

7. Payments and financial boundaries

Online payment applies only where checkout displays an enabled payment provider and transaction terms. Findit does not hold user deposits, issue electronic money, operate a user bank account or promise escrow protection unless a separately authorised service is expressly identified. Cash swaps, remittance, crypto exchange, loans and other regulated financial intermediation are prohibited unless specifically approved and lawfully operated.

8. Verification and reviews

A badge reports only the check named and completed at the time recorded. It is not a guarantee of quality, solvency, safety, licensing beyond the stated check or future conduct. Reviews reflect user opinions subject to the Reviews and Ratings Policy; Findit does not independently adopt every factual allegation in a review.

9. Platform duties and moderation

Findit remains responsible for its own platform obligations, including applicable privacy, consumer-interface, illegal-content, product-safety and complaint-handling duties. It may investigate, restrict or remove content and accounts proportionately, preserve evidence, issue reasons and provide an appeal where required. A disclaimer does not remove a duty that mandatory law places on Findit.

10. Availability, interruptions and changes

Features may vary by location, category, user type and provider approval. Search results, messages, availability and third-party integrations may be delayed or interrupted. Findit will use reasonable care in operating its own systems but does not promise continuous or error-free access; planned or urgent changes may be made for security, compliance or product reasons.

11. Liability boundary

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Subject to that rule, Findit is not liable merely because an independent party fails to perform. Business-user limitations, if applicable, are governed by the Terms and must remain proportionate; unpaid sums Findit is legally required to remit are not treated as ordinary damages.

12. Questions and complaints

Questions about the Platform may be sent to hello@finditeu.com. Transaction complaints should also be directed to the identified supplier. Illegal content, dangerous products and urgent safety issues should be reported through the dedicated reporting route so that they can be triaged under the appropriate policy.

13. Findit Direct and Platform-supplied products

Where a Listing, order or commercial agreement expressly states Findit Direct, Supplied by Findit or another unambiguous designation, Findit is the contractual supplier for that identified supply and is responsible for the pre-contract information, performance, conformity, cancellation, withdrawal, invoicing and complaints allocated to a supplier by applicable law. Findit is also the supplier of its own advertising packages, subscriptions and digital information products where the relevant order identifies Findit as seller.

A Findit brand element, payment button, support interaction or sponsored position does not by itself create Findit Direct status. The supplier designation must be presented before commitment and retained in the transaction record. Mixed orders should identify the supplier and price allocation for each component.

14. Property, vehicle and job safety boundaries

Unless an approved category flow expressly states otherwise, Findit does not negotiate a lease, conduct a viewing as agent, hold keys, collect rent or deposits, conclude a tenancy, inspect a vehicle, verify mileage or accident history, select candidates, arrange employment or charge candidates for vacancy access. Advertisers remain responsible for their authority and statements.

Users should verify the property advertiser's authority before transferring money, inspect vehicles and check ownership and available official history records such as CEPiK, and confirm the identity of an employer or registered agency. A request for payment before a property viewing, payment for a job or interview, purchase of mandatory equipment from the recruiter, or off-platform vehicle deposit to an unverified person should be treated as a heightened fraud signal and reported.
